RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return and Exchange Period

 

AtvExclusive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return and exchange policy within 14 days of receipt of your order. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

 

a. The item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

b. The item must have all its original tags, labels, and accessories.

c. Perishable or personal hygiene items, such as skincare or food products, cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety reasons.

 

3. Return Process

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

 

a. Contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] within the 14-day return and exchange period. Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

b. Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

c. Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the RAN, and send it to the provided return address. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Refund or Exchange

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

 

a. Refund: If you choose a refund, the purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping charges, will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

b. Exchange: If you choose an exchange for the same or similar item(s), we will arrange for the exchange item(s) to be shipped to you. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

 

5. Non-Eligible Items

 

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

 

a. Perishable goods.

b. Personal hygiene products.

c. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
